Great location central Mulhouse, fantastic for visiting both Colmar and Mulhouse and though the price was high during the christmas markets, it was still not as crazy as in most places. Staff was super friendly, premises were nice and clean, room and bed cozy. High price could include breakfast and mini fridge would be a great addition. Would be nice to have the pre-info's sent out in English (and adding non-french channels) for international guests. The mulled wine was a nice touch! Great place!

We liked the location of the hotel (directly at the city centre) and the very friendly stuff. Room had everything we needed for one night stay. Private parking was available but public parking was free on the weekend

Good location, very clean and new, you get complimentary biscuits on arrival and water/coffee throughout your stay. The cleaning staff was very nice! We had in the room cups from the Christmas market and while we were away, one of the ladies had them cleaned which was very nice of her! The bed was comfortable, with nice big TV. The bathroom was also stylish and clean.

It has a private parking. Beds were confortable, rooms and bathrooms were rebuilt but fine. Hot water from the shower with no struggle:) Location is good. Airco works fine :) Very bright rooms getting plenty of sun and good curtains to block it. Possibility of late check in

Had a really nice stay. The lady at the desk was really kind and tried to help us with everything. The room was very clean and comfortable. There is a parking available and also breakfast for a little extra fee. The location is great. Would recommend this hotel.

The property is centrally located and has a private parking lot around the corner. It is very comfortable and very clean. Staff is professional and extremely kind. The breakfast buffet offers a nice selection of choices. We found complementary water, coffe and tea in our room and were able to check in as soon as we arrived.

Very comfortable, clean and nicely decorated room. There was a coffee machine and everything you need in the room and bathroom. Comfortable bed and quiet area. The receptionist were nice and friendly. The location is 10min walk from the train station but there are shops and it's a couple of minutes from the main square.

Excellent receptionist (Marie) was so pleasant and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and bed very comfortable. There is secure parking round the corner from the hotel if reserved in advance (€10) and the old town square with pretty buildings and plenty of shops and restaurants is a 3 minute walk from the hotel. The buffer breakfast which was included in the price, was very good with both hot and cold options.
